Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, we booked the superior room and truly enjoyed it. Location: the venue was not far from even the gasoline for an extra charge, all the surrounding areas, and the airport at 9 pm. The place was right at The Deli Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

It was a very nice stay for another 5 night visit.

Amiable staff members, marvellous location near all city attractions, and the train street is literally a 10-15min walk away. Also, to book kind of a private shuttle service to reach the airport.

The rooms were large and airy and the view of city. The location was very central, magnificent to book kind of a private shuttle service to reach the airport. Found My Van Than not too far from the hotel where I had supper.

Rooms were neat and beautifully maintained!
The restaurant here was excellent at the 7th floor, we both ordered savoury dishes. The staff were amazingly kind and the setting was particularly good and unbeatable.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff treated us like family. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city.
Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.

Good and central location. Not too loud, though. All sights within easy walking distance. Everything clean and the staff very friendly. Beside the welcome drink there was a city map with information about sightseeings. Tours to Ha Long Bay were also offered and well advised. With the second stay in Hanoi we booked the hotel again.

Good location,... Breakfast on the roof terrace... The staff at the reception is very helpful.
The staff at breakfast is very lame and hardly speak/understands English. The rooms are partly well-listened.

In the old district you can find the most things on walking district. 10 min walking to the lake. The place is very crowded as the streets are narrow. Most of the times difficult to walk because the sidewalks are filled with parked scooters or people eating at the stalls, you will have to walk on the streets. But it's charming and the way it works here. The room was good, but there were no mirrors in there it looked like. We found there was a mirror on the inside of the closet door when we were leaving :-). Very friendly and helpful staff. They want to help you with everything, but my experiences were not that good. I ordered food via one of their restaurants but it did not taste good. A massage was arranged in the same street, but there I found the masseuse wanting to pick my pocket. I did not book any tours with them because I prebooked it at the sinh tourist earlier this year. So no information about the tours they can arrange.
Cockroaches in the kitchen, but it looked liked cockroaches are part of the old district. The beds were a little hard. The bathroom itself was acceptable, not in a very good condition in my opinion. When showering the water was flowing to the 2nd drain near the toilet instead of the drain that was made for the shower itself, causing to wet up almost the whole bathroom floor.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
